  1. Are there any charges for using Flash?

No, it is a free-of-cost app available to all users. No subscription or credit card information required.

  1. Do you have access to or store my emails?

We only have read access to your email data and we store the data in an encrypted manner. Also, we do not read your personal Emails (eg. your Email conversations with your friends & family). Only non-personal communications (eg. your shopping orders, promotional Emails, etc.) can be read.

The usage of information received from Gmail APIs by Flash will comply with and adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  1. Is my Gmail data secure?

We use the Gmail API to get read-only access to your email data, ensuring 100% privacy & security. The retrieval process is carried out on a fully-encrypted connection.

Our servers and database run on Amazon Web Services (AWS) which provides data encryption in motion and at-rest in the database. All communication between Gmail and Flash servers is protected and encrypted. We do not have access to alter or change your email data.

  1. How can I revoke access to my Gmail data?

You can manage access to your Google account and review the type as well as the Google services we have access to, by going to the Security section of your Google Account.
